All large cryptocurrencies experienced a decline during morning trading on Monday. Solana (SOLUSD) saw the biggest change, dropping 4.78% to $22.31. Other notable decreases include Polygon (MATICUSD) which fell 4.38% to 54 cents, and Polkadot (DOTUSD) which dropped 3.80% to $3.87.
Ripple (XRPUSD) fell 3.80% to 50 cents, while Dogecoin (DOGEUSD) shed 3.26% to 6 cents and Uniswap (UNIUSD) declined 3.50% to $4.22.
Notable declines in Ethereum (ETHUSD) and Cardano (ADAUSD) were also observed, with ETHUSD falling 2.65% to $1,593.78 and ADAUSD slipping 1.84% to 25 cents.
Bitcoin (BTCUSD) rounded out the decreases with a 1.46% decline to $27,517.90.
In related company news, shares of Coinbase Global Inc. (COIN) inched down 0.47% to $78.09, while MicroStrategy Inc. (MSTR) fell 1.61% to $335.16. Riot Platforms Inc. (RIOT) shares sank 0.30% to $9.89, and shares of Marathon Digital Holdings Inc. (MARA) slid 0.87% to $8.01.
Other notable movements included Overstock.com Inc. (OSTK) dropping 2.75% to $16.98, Block Inc. (SQ) shedding 1.32% to $43.25, and Tesla Inc. (TSLA) experiencing a decrease of 1.67% to $256.17.
PayPal Holdings Inc. (PYPL) shed 1.94% to $56.65, while Ebang International Holdings Inc. (EBON) saw a modest increase of 0.70% to $7.22. NVIDIA Corp. (NVDA) experienced a decline of 2.00% to $448.47, and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) declined 1.11% to $106.05.
